Delivery and Returns Information

Delivery 

Each purchase made at www.rangolionline.co.uk is dispatched via Royal Mail in the UK and internationally. At the moment of delivery, responsibility for the purchased product is passed to the customer. 

Returns 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange certain goods that are not wearable jewellery within seven working days from receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Products that do not satisfy these conditions will be returned to the customers at their own cost. Any wearable jewellery regardless of being worn or not cannot be refunded or exchanged for personal hygiene and safety regulations, this includes all Bridals, Necklaces, Earrings, Nose Rings, Lashes & Glue, and Kids Simple Sets, 

All orders are thoroughly checked and proof of quality is taken prior to being shipped, if the product is damaged then it may have been through the delivery courier, in which case we will not take responsibility, and you can contact the courier responsible for delivery . All returns have to be sent back via a courier of your choice and no returns will be accepted within store.

We recommend that you use recorded delivery and retain your receipt as proof of sending. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, unless you cancel your order before it has been dispatched. 

If we have delivered the wrong product we will replace it or refund the price paid for the item and reasonable costs for the return shipment. Please note that we cannot refund for priority or premium postal services or for insurance. 

We will process your return as quickly as possible and will exchange or refund the full value of your order, including delivery costs, by the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving your notice of order cancellation. 

Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Custom Fees (Including Duty)

Please note, failure to clear custom fees will result in a returns charge, which will have to be deducted from the refund amount.
